At Drive Shack, the safety of our guests and staff has always been our top priority. We wanted to share our commitment to our guests as well as our staff and the measures we have taken to ensure that everyone can have a fun and safe experience at Drive Shack. Following federal, state, and local guidelines, Drive Shack has implemented the subsequent safety measures to ensure that we resume operations in a safe and responsible manner.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN VISITING
Drive shack will have 6 feet of distance between all tables at the golf bays. Additionally, there is 11 feet from golf tee to golf tee at each hitting bay. We are limiting group sizes to 6 people per bay to ensure we never have a group of more than 10 people in the same vicinity.
- 6 feet social distancing markings in all public areas to mark safe pathways
- All golf clubs, tables, game tablets, and bay areas cleaned and disinfected between each group
- Wellness screenings by symptom and temperature checks for each staff member are conducted prior to each shift
- All high contact surfaces including handrails and elevators will be cleaned and disinfected regularly
- Encouraging guests who are exhibiting symptoms of illness to stay home and seek care from a medical provider when necessary
- Single-use, pre-packaged cutlery, condiments, and menus will be provided for our food and beverage services
- Sneeze guards are placed at front lobby desk and in other close contact areas to help create safe barriers between guests and staff

Drive Shack is following all federal and state guidelines when it comes to safety measures. This includes cleaning and disinfecting all equipment between each use and all high contact areas, restrooms, and elevators. Drive Shack has also enforced guidelines and training for our staff to ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and safety measures are upheld to the highest standard possible.
Drive Shack will have hand sanitizer available at locations throughout the venue.
Drive Shack is providing antibody tests, personal protective equipment, and daily wellness screenings to all staff. We are also conducting daily educational meetings to reinforce all safety measures.

According to the FDA, there is currently no evidence to suggest that food produced in the United States can transmit COVID-19. In order to give all guests additional peace of mind, Drive Shack will be providing single-use, pre-wrapped cutlery, condiments, and menus. Single-use plate ware and cups will also be available upon request. Additionally, we will be adhering to our normal high standard of food preparation and service.
Drive Shack will have a staff member outside our front doors to ensure we are following proper social distancing guidelines. Social distancing markers will be outlined upon walking in to ensure guests are spaced properly while checking in for a bay. While at the front desk, there will be a plexiglass barrier between you and our staff. Once checked-in and your hitting bay is ready, you will receive a text message with instructions to proceed to the assigned bay.
Drive Shack will be following all local capacity guidelines. If we are unable to seat you right away, we will add you to the waitlist and send you a text message when your hitting bay is available. Depending on space available in our common areas, you may be asked to wait in your car or return once your hitting bay is available.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own clubs, but we also have complimentary clubs available that are cleaned and disinfected between each group.
Drive Shack is recommending, but not requiring, all guests to wear a face mask while in the venue unless mandated by state or local guidelines.
